Getting to work on a huge set as an actor is such a different experience now as an independent producer. Instead of being worried about my tiny part, I get to watch how a whole ecosystem operates. The last set I was on must have had 250 people on it -- certainly a bigger set than I've ever run, but a lot of the principles remain the same.
