I often think about 4.5 very different producers when I imagine my producing platonic ideal. Here are some of them:

Rebecca Green -- cause she's tenacious AF, thinks MACRO, cares about the whole ecosystem and has killer taste.
Brian Grazer -- cause CURIOSITY is the thing I'm most looking for in any project, from both myself and everyone else involved
Megan Ellison -- cause she's willing to take risks and champion auteurs, and in the process has created some of the greatest movies of the past 15 years
Matt & Ben -- cause I like people who know who their people are, and I like it when the people on top help spread the wealth to the teams behind them, and from what I hear this is the truth.
Jason Blum -- cause his discipline around budget and brand are STRONG and the mission is clear and that has created great commerce.

My dream is to combine Ellison's support for artists, with Jason Blum's clarity of mission and business strategy, all while taking care of the teams behind our projects, and advocating for MACRO issues across the industry, all while staying curious and finding the wonder hidden under the rough hide of humanity.
